What we do with your application.

When you apply, we store what you send us: your name, contact details, the links and written answers you provide, and your video.

We use it for one thing. Evaluating you for placement opportunities with our client brands and agencies. Your written answers are scored by an AI model as a first-pass filter, and then read by a human. Your video is watched by a human only.

We do not sell it. Not to recruiters, not to data brokers, not to anyone. We share your details with a specific client only when you are a live candidate for that role and you know about it.

Your video is private. It is stored in a private bucket with no public URL. Playback links are generated on demand, expire quickly, and are only ever created for our own review.

You can have it deleted. Email hello@creativestrategists.io from the address you applied with and we will delete your application and video. No form, no follow-up questions.

Data is stored on Supabase infrastructure. Application emails are sent through Resend. Scoring runs through the Anthropic API.
